I like that very special pattern: looks like wearing a frac and a striped shirt. There are thousands of this bug family. There is a big site: bugguide.net (http://bugguide.net/node/view/15740) with the species of Canada and USA. There is a "ID Request". Maybe there is no photo of this bug in internet by now...
